Delivery

When will I receive my item?

I try to process your orders as quickly as possible — usually within one or two days of receiving your order. Sometimes though, life can have other ideas! If I know there will be a significant delay I will update customers via my Instagram and Facebook pages.

Once ready to go, all orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class (2-3 delivery).

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, not yet! I currently only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Returns

What happens if I want to return an item?

We all have the right to change our minds! If you'd like an exchange or refund please email shop@doingitforthekids.net including your full name, order number and delivery address so I can arrange that for you.

How do I return an item?

Please email me first (see above) and then return all items in an unused/resalable condition within 14 days of purchase Please include a note with your full name, email address, order number and postal address. The Doing It For The Kids Shop is quite literally a one-woman business so I'm unable to reimburse your postage costs for returning an unwanted item. Returning an unwanted item for exchange or refund is at your own cost.

I also won't be able to to cover the cost of any returned items that are lost in the post. As you are the sender of the item, you'll need to contact your shipping service to claim compensation for any loss. You may want to send any returned items via recorded delivery for piece of mind.

I've received a faulty or incorrect product.

Oh no! So sorry to hear that. Please email shop@doingitforthekids.net including your full name, order number and delivery address so we can fix that pronto.
